Maintain a healthy weight: obesity is one of the risk factors for this cancer, a man with a (BMI) body mass index of 30 or higher has a higher chance of developing this cancer, to avoid this, cut down on the amount of unhealthy fatty foods you consume.
Stop smoking: smoking increases your chances of getting this cancer, quitting might not be easy if you smoke but your health is more important.
