Tesla Moves HQ To Texas. Tesla says it has now officially moved its corporate headquarters from Silicon Valley California to an under construction factory outside of Austin Texas.
The announcement came late Wednesday 2 months ago in December with CEO Elon Musk having said that the move would happen at the company’s annual general meeting in October.

Tesla Moves HQ To Texas. The company has also seemingly disbanded it’s media relations department and Musk has also announced that he has changed residence as well, moving from California to Texas where there is, notably, no state personal income tax.
